At Akela Conditioning we are striving to prepare people for any eventuality.

Our aim is to provide a safe and inclusive environment where our members can improve their health and fitness.

We prepare our members for anything life can throw at them with our group classes. These classes are run by experienced coaches to ensure each member receives tailored support.

The classes are programmed to create varied and challenging workouts that are accessible to all ages, ability and experience levels. The workouts can be scaled for all athletes to make sure they are appropriate.

What makes Akela Conditioning unique is the fantastic community. A group of like-minded individuals that have come together to offer support and friendship to all that walk through our doors.


Functional Fitness – A Strength and Conditioning program, which combines all the different aspects of fitness to create well rounded athletes that are capable in many different fields.

Barbell Club – This class focuses on Olympic Weightlifting. (Snatch, Clean and Jerk)


1-2-1 Training is a great opportunity to work towards specific health and fitness goals. All sessions will be fully tailored to meet the targets of the athlete.
